Tonight’s Dinner by Adam Liaw

The energetic and multi-talented author Adam Liaw has created yet another cracking book and I was lucky enough to photograph it. At last count this is his seventh cookbook and I'm sure more to come. This one showcases the recipes from his hugely successful TV show “The Cook Up” and features beautiful yet simple styling by the ever-talented, Bernie Smithies.
