Meat & Livestock Australia asked me to help with their latest Spring Lamb recipe shoot. Using new season lamb, the recipes were created by Sarah Mayo with styling by Vanessa Austin. The dishes were inspired by Middle Eastern, Japanese and Mexican flavours and the images are being used across all marketing platforms.
