French Baker

Another beautiful book to hit the shelves is The French Baker by Jean Michel Raynaud. Jean Michel has called Sydney home for over 15 yrs and has brought his immense talents with him.

We shot his book mostly in the studio with exquisite styling by food stylist Jane Hahn and a few days in Jean Michel's bakery. It was amazing watching him create these beautiful pastries from a few simple ingredients. Needless to say I added 4kgs on shooting this book.
