The ever talented and energetic Adam Liaw has produced his 8th cookbook, and I was lucky enough to help him bring it to life. Simple everyday food with a twist, shot in my Rosebery studio. Dynamic duo Olivia Andrews & Mel Burge rounded out the team. As always, Adam’s recipes were a pleasure to shoot and delicious to eat along the way.
